JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I'm a busy online entrepreneur running a small video company that needs a person to handle the following tasks and some more in the future:

- Excellent Team Manager
- Handling Emails
- Customer Support
- Handling Calendar and Diary management
- Setting up meetings
- Take care of the production process and that there are no delays
- Being able to take decisions if necessary, based on previous similar situations.
- Creating spreadsheets
- organising Files on Dropbox - Google Drive - etc
- Customising Shopping Cart


These are the tasks I need you to do for now

Later on there might be more tasks like
Data Entry Handle inbound/outbound calls, Research, bookeeping, Lead Generation, wordpress editing, image editing, video editing
And some more tasks


If you have experience in any of these fields (specially on customer support, etc) you are great for this job.
If you have more skills like video editing, Wordpress editing, SEO, Lead Generation and things of that kind, I will definitely need you in the near future.

I'm looking for someone amazing to work with me for the long term. If you're looking for the same old, same old then this won't be for you.
You'll need to include the word Paprika in your proposal as that I'll be able to see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at written communications
- Extensive computer experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser like focus
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
- Experience Trello, Slack, Google Docs is advantageous but not necessary
- Wordpress Experience if possible
- Some Design Experience
- Experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is advantageous but not necessary


Role Duties Include:

- This is a job to start with 1 - 2 hours a day, and increasing
- Provide the highest level of tech support to clients around the world
- Take Care of the Production Process (this means dealing with team outsources)
- Schedule emails
- Perform daily (Mon-Fri) administrative duties
- Assist and support me with ad hoc tasks as required
