Travel Agent Assistant

Marissa Titmarsh Travel is on the lookout for enthusiastic Assistant that is friendly, fast learner and willing to help with the following day to day duties of an Travel Agency. The expectation is that you will need to speak English fluently, wanting to genuinely help and confident when communicating, with myself or clients long term. It will be flexible hours, but during the time frame of 9am – 5pm (QLD -Australia time), starting part time with 20hrs per week, with the ability to work more if required. The position will offer reasonable pay with great bonus/commission incentives and opportunities based on work ethic.
The business is Travel based, a basic understanding or background of the travel industry is not a requirement, a passion for travel is always appreciated and can help.

The job duties will be required to gather travel research or destination information, data entry, quotation constructions and itinerary building. AXUS (travel itinerary app) and Tramada Accounting portal, experience for these programs is not a requirement however a fast learner and willing to learn is required. Also, a creative and imitative mind to help with social media upkeep, blogging scripts and to edit or proof read.
You are expected to work exclusive with my company only to provide full attention, consistency and daily communication with myself is also required to stay up to date.
