Your job as a sales agent centers on cultivating loyal relationships with our investors and assisting them on the journey to reach their real estate investing goals.

We'll help you with Leads We provide warm leads to all agents, effectively minimizing the number of cold calls. Our corporate office spends a great deal of time and money to have leads constantly coming to all of our agents

Day to Day Job Duties
Sales Agent (No cold calls)

- Receiving inbound calls from RVM system
- Making outbound dials to missed and abandoned calls
- Follow up with Sellers and drive the conversation to close.
- Update CRM database
- Create Buyers Ads on Craigslist twice a day.
- Send follow-up emails, and intent verbiage.
- Schedule appointments or calls for the acquisition team with motivated sellers
- Online Research using different Real Estate Websites
- Manage email & calendar as needed.
- Follow Key Performance Goals
