Here are just some basic criteria that this person would meet:

• Speaks, Reads, and Writes Excellent Chinese & English
• Can use Skype
• Is willing to learn new skills & Can easily be trained on other tasks
• Can work full-time & when needed
Main responsibilities:

• Answer Email, Live Chat, Phone support & Customer Service inquiries (General correspondence, process returns, investigates refunds etc…) according to company protocoles and policies
• Run listings on Taobao, Tmall, Amazon, Ebay and other, optimize them, modify prices, process orders
• Products research across multiple platforms , Market, keyword & product researches
• Maintain and track CRM, Email Lists & Client management details
• Team co-ordination, support & oversee all team members performances
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, prospects, JV partners and Log in follow up process
• Assist in recruitment, Team Assessments/Evaluation and employee management

General Skills Requirements:

• Co-ordination and Supervision Skills
• The position requires 2+ years of professional experience.
• Most importantly, the right candidate will have a strong desire to pursue a career and will be willing to start at the bottom and work their way up.
• This is NOT a technical position but some familiarity with basic Web is desirable.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with willingness to grow and prove yourself
• Punctual and fluent English speaker & can communicate clearly
• Internet savvy with Project Management skills, Dedicated and responsible
• Highly organized and able to priorities tasks with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving
• Self Starter, Team Player, OUT OF THE BOX THINKER
