Seeking to hire a Personal Assistant for a Portland Real Estate Investment Firm. Assistant WHO has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS in ENGLISH and is ORGANIZED. Your role includes assisting Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers with their schedule, tasks and projects. This will include ACCOUNTING data entry. Must have a strong desire to learn and capability of doing so easily. Problem solving skills are a must. Must be able to take direction well and have great follow through.
*** MUST HAVE LAPTOP WITH CAMERA FOR VIDEO EVERY INTERACTION, A QUIET HOME WORK SPACE, BLUETOOTH HEADSET, AND STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION***
*** MUST WORK 8 AM - 5PM PACIFIC USA TIME***
*** VIDEO WILL BE REQUIRED DAILY FOR WORK***
REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET:
1. Wanting to work Full Time permanently for a Family Business
2. MINIMUM of 1 year working from Home on Graveyard Shift
3. Transaction Coordination and Project Management Experience a plus.
4. EXCELLENT English Speaking Skills
5. GREAT Persuasive Speaking Skills for QUICK Rebuttals
6. STRONG Listening and Communication Skills
7. Have a Computer or Laptop with Camera
