CSR (Plumbing)

We’re a Plumbing Company in need of a topnotch Customer Service Representative. Because we offer top of the line products and services, we need someone who genuinely cares about our customers.

Skills and Qualifications:
• One year Call Center & One year VA experiences required
• Prior experience in the plumbing field is a plus but not required
• Above average communication skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• At least 3MBPS internet connection and back-up
• Willing to work from 8:00AM – 5PM Mountain Time

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Perform outbound calls to follow up on previous service appointments
• Schedule new appointments from lost leads or other sources.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
