JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a virtual receptionist to join our team!

You will be helping a small group of boutique hotels in South Wales, UK by providing telephone and email support for guests and responding to their enquiries. We also run a number of holiday apartments across Swansea, UK so support for guests of the apartments will also be a part of your responsibilities.

Apart from customer service, you will also be expected to do simple admin tasks (sending out access codes to guests, taking reservations).

Fluent English is absolute must. You need to be able to communicate over the phone and in writing.

Full training will be provided solid customer service experience and excellent telephone manner is a must. We are also looking for people who can work well under pressure, take initiative, make decisions and solve problems quickly.

What will you do on a day to day basis?

Answer phone calls and deal with guests enquiries

Answer all emails / clear spam

Sends text messages with access codes and emails that aren’t automated

Follow Managers instructions

Writes guests Airbnb reviews on the basis of a document with sample review texts

Responding to reviews on Tripadvisor and Booking platforms

Deal with any admin tasks that Managers / on the ground Reception instruct them to do.

Monday 1pm - 9pm
Tuesday RDO
Wednesday 9pm - 5am
Thursday 9pm - 5am
Friday 9pm - 5am
Saturday 9pm - 5am
Sunday RDO

Initial salary is 70 pesos / hour for the first 60 days, but this is just the starting point.

After the initial period of 30 days it will go up to 80 pesos/ hour. After 30 days you will also join our incentive scheme for staff where you will be paid bonuses if our overall review ratings on booking platform goes up (details explained during the interview) and also for every direct booking that you take over the phone.

After 3 months, we will look to review the salary again and offer pay rise to the right candidates.
