ABOUT ME:
- I have two successful eBay Stores for more than 3 years
- I'm expanding the company by going into different eCommerce Channels
- I will start by opening a series of Shopify Stores for which I need Store Managers that can become Project Managers and guide other team members.
- I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same
- I am very loyal and respectful to my employees
- I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)


JOB DUTIES:
1. Shopify Store (Creation, Customization)
2. Find Products (Research, Contact Supplier)
3. Product Listing (Oberlo/Manual)
—————Title, Description (manually)
—————Photos (edit)
—————Product Attributions (Product Type, Vendor Name, Collections, Tags)
—————Product Reviews
4. Ad/Marketing (Not for now)
5. Order Fulfillment
6. Customer Service / Social Media Moderation

Note: In the beginning, you will need to perform all the task to run the store for a period of time and then you will train others to create your team to do the tasks and you will be the Project Manager. This is for a Long-Term position.

*Knowledge on eBay Dropshipping is a Plus

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
