Job Description
- overseeing process improvement across all divisions
- they will manage some of our internal teams that are currently on our plate
- they will be helping set budgets, planning, and establishing and monitoring KPI
- needs to be a high level decision maker
Job Requirements
- experience in managing an entire business (all departments from HR/Recruitment, Finance, Business Intel and etc)
- been a leader at a company scale from $10-50 million or more for at least 5 years
- strong preference to someone with experience in e-commerce or retail
- managed 50+ direct and indirect reports
