Virtual Assistant position 40 hours per week $250 per month to start, $260 after successfully completing one month, $275 after 2 months, $285 after 3 months, $295 after 4 months, $300 after 5 months. Other increases will be based on the length of employment with us and performance. Must have excellent command of spoken and written English. Successful candidate will be required to sign confidentiality agreement and provide a copy of government ID. Must be a self starter and an excellent problem solver, have prior experience working as VA and with customer service. We would prefer if the candidate is able to work during the hours: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (US), but some flexibility with time will be considered. If hired, you must be available to work during agreed hours.
- Accounting – you will process payments from customers, reconcile bank statements, and create invoices in QuickBooks. QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience is preferred.

- Data entry and analysis – you will be required to gather data from multiple sources and compile it into Excel. Accuracy is extremely important! Strong working knowledge of Excel is preferred.

Preferred Qualification:
Must have reliable internet connection, computer, printer, scanner, microphone, web camera and screen sharing is required. Smartphone with the ability to install an app to make and receive phone calls is required.
• Prior experience of working as Virtual /Administrative / Personal Assistant is preferred
• Strong written and communication skills required (High Intermediate level: speaking and writing)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
• Receive and make phone calls (No sales/cold calls)
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience with web development a plus.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and experience in using QuickBooks is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use a computer and MS Office applications required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
