Online Marketing Manager - Australian Digital Marketing Company

Seeking very experienced & talented Online Marketing Manager with ideally minimum 5-7 years experience. This role will involve the creation and execution of various digital marketing plans for clients aligned to clients goals.

To be successful you must be very proactive and goal focused.

This role will be very dynamic as it requires management of a team of specialists across SEO/PPC and content writers as well as implementing proactive plans for company website and related fast growth companies.

Experience across Social media marketing would be seen as advantageous, but not essential.

The successful candidate will be required to:
- proactively manage and motivate existing staff
- recruitment of new staff
- develop and maintain systems & processes to manage growing outsource team & growing number of clients
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work is meeting minimum standards
- implement training processes for existing staff and new staff
- Provide recommendations to management on staff performance and resourcing requirements
- ensure client requests are followed up in timely manner
- ensure all work being completed is delivering value for clients

The team has grow to 10 in just 7 months since we started and we expect the company to be 25 staff by the end of 2014.
