[Urgent] General VA / Customer Service - Motorcycle Audio Startup

We're an up and coming startup bringing a new innovative product to market very soon: RiderBuds - The Ultimate Earphones for motorcycle riders. (Upgrade to see actual info)

This is an URGENT hire. We are, however, in it for the long term.

We're about to launch our crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo in ~3 weeks and already have thousands of supporters on our email list. There is a lot of interest.

We have completely nailed our product and are already well positioned for traction and growth over the next several months and beyond.

This is a really exciting chance for you to become part of a brand new company that's going to revolutionize the motorcycle audio industry, worldwide. We're definitely looking to keep you around for years to come as we continue to scale and Upgrade to see actual info's also an opportunity to work with a young and driven entrepreneur (me) with high success track record - you'll be learning new skills and experiencing from the inside how a new, successful brand is being built.

As our main & general VA (and the first full time hire), you'll be wearing many hats.

We already have a list of immediate tasks to work on during both preparation for the launch and our live Indiegogo campaign over the next 8 weeks. That will be the primary focus for now, and your tasks and responsibilities will organically evolve and develop in the long term.

Primary responsibilities:

- Research
- Data entry
- Returning emails
- Provide various levels of customer service
- Various VA tasks

Again - as we progress with our launch and manufacturing + shipping product to the market, your role will evolve (along with your salary).

Who we're looking for:

- Ideally you already have experience with motorcycles or at least a deep interest in that passion/industry
- Your English writing is flawless
- A hungry, go-getter attitude
- Attention to detail (include the word "displacement" when applying to this job)
- Ability to absorb new knowledge fast, while researching and learning on your own


We're building this business around the huge passion that fuels it all - riding motorcycles. You'll be in contact with riders and people in the industry from all over the world.
