English Online Tutor - Recruitment for >SkypeEnglish-VN

Job Description:
- Teach English language courses and provide online support to Vietnamese ELS students
- Conduct trial lessons and fill out the student assessment file
- Write the student progress performance (on as needed basis)
- Measure and track the performance of the student and track the appropriate changes, as needed.
- Other teaching-related tasks as required by >SkypeEnglish-VN (the lesson recording and print screens)
- Follow the >SkypeEnglish-VN working rules and guidelines
- Flexible working hours based on student’s and teacher’s schedule (once decided the lesson schedule is fixed until changed).

Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, listening and writing)
- Bachelor Degree in education, or a Bachelor Degree in English
- CELTA, TESOL or TEFL certificate (not necessary)
- At least 1-year of online teaching experience (English language), with focus at TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, Conversational English, Business English and English for kids
- To be familiar with Google Drive and Google Sheets
- To be communicative
- Patience, adaptability and readiness to explain new vocabulary, sentence construction and grammar in various ways by providing examples and using pedagogic methods and approach (in particular in case of minor students)
- Quiet working environment and noise-cancelling headphones
- Cable internet connection
- A trial period of 2 months will be applied
