We are seeking a high-spirited individual who is looking to work in an environment that wants nothing but success for Upgrade to see actual info previous telemarketing experience is required (but is a plus!), you must understand that we strive for success, we live to help others; and this requires a dedicated and motivated individual.

As a Appointment Setter your primary duty will be speaking on the phone with home owners.

Let me tell you all about it.

Most real estate investors buy properties by using realtors or sending out a lot of direct Upgrade to see actual info fact, up until a couple months ago, we were doing that.

Then, one day, a friend gave us a "crazy idea" about how to get a hold of the same people - way Upgrade to see actual info sounded too good to be true, so we tested it out. AND... it worked!

In fact, it worked so well that 2 months later we're looking to grow our team to keep up with the opportunity...

That's where you come in:

We're looking for another person for our Homeowner Outreach Program.

"What do I do?" You might ask?

It is simple. We have a system that allows you to reach out to homeowners directly to see if they would ever consider selling...

We show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market...

And we'll compensate you in order to do so.

What we are looking for!

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web-based applications (but it's basically point and click) ...
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects...
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
*Previous cold calling, appointment setting, and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
