QA Lead and Tester - Long Term Role with Australian Company

Our growing Australian company has a fantastic full-time job opportunity available for a QA Lead / Tester on an ongoing basis for our online learning platform. Specifically the job includes:

- Developing and maintaining test plans and scripts for testing site functionality before upgrades
- Testing upgrades and enhancements of the shopping cart (WooCommerce)
- Take the lead and OWN technical issues
- Be proactive and research the cause / possible fixes for issues
- Testing new enhancements and document issues
- Testing plugin and theme updates on the staging server
- Performing regression testing on staging site before the live site is updated
- Following up with issues until they are resolved
- Identify enhancement and improvement opportunities
- Maintaining the current status of all bugs, issues, and enhancements in Trello
- Testing and Maintaining the current status of WordPress plugins

MUST:
- Please only apply if you are an expert English speaker both written and verbal
- You MUST have SUPER high attention to detail.
- You have experience with Wordpress and plugins
- You must be able to take the lead and own issues until they are solved
- You must be able to deal with vendors, both written and in meetings
- have 40 hours available per week
