Real Estate Backend Assistant

Real Estate company seeking backend VA, Job Description

We are looking for a qualified individual to assist in researching value of real estate properties in the United States, submitting bids through an online system,
posting craigslist ads, and performing other backend processes.

Experience is a plus and we have training videos as well.
We will have leads with specific information in which you will research valuing a property according to our criteria. You will be doing daily online research and data entry.
You will need to have fast, reliable internet.
You will be using a variety of websites in order to do the research each day.
Some of these sites will require secure access.

There are also some daily activities we will have you submitting price bids for houses. We will teach you how to do this through video training as well. Attention to detail is a must with all tasks associated with this job. Additional tasks will be provided in detail further in the on the job training.

OUR MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: RESOURCEFULNESS - We are looking for a VA is that resourceful... at times there may be times you are not given a detailed step by step daily activity process but our VA should be resourceful enough to gather additional information to do their required tasks. As well, if a process can be accomplished in a different, more effective way, we expect our VA to provide feedback so we can better the system. Example: if we need to post on craigslist for our real estate property deals, we may not share with our VA precisely the steps to post but they can search on YouTube and find general videos to supplement the training that we have given our Upgrade to see actual infoMUNICATION SKILLS - Ability to communicate in English is a must. This role does not require a lot of speaking in English but written English is a must. We will have meetings at least one or twice a week to ensure any questions you are having are being addressed. SOLID INTERNET CONNECTION - Superb internet connection is a must as we cannot miss activities needing to be done for the day. Other teammates are relying on this role's accomplishments and cannot work without these tasks being completed. HOURS OF OPERATION - Must be able to work 8 hours/day between the hours of 8AM – 5PM USA Central Standard Time Zone Monday - Sunday. Monday-Friday is a must .

EXPECTATIONS: If hired, you will go through... - 1st Period of probation (1 week) (During this period we will be setting up your online accesses, training by watching video, reviewing our process manual, and performing tasks. During this time, you will communicate questions you have about the processes.) -

2nd Period of probation (1 month) (During this period you will be performing all daily tasks and be evaluated on meeting weekly goals. We will have weekly mentoring sessions to ensure you are able to perform all tasks. Missing timelines or under delivering will be grounds for coaching or termination.)

3nd Period of probation (3 months) (During this period you will be fully immersed in performing all tasks. You will be expected to provide feedback on best practices and changes to processes/systems to help make it more effective. You will begin to receive profit sharing of 1% of company profits.)
