Management/responsibilities:
• Develop monthly plans together with the Director; measure and report progress against plan
• Creating detailed work plans
• Assigning tasks in work plans to team members
• Following-up with team members and coordinating the flow of tasks
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for each of the sites
• Monitoring advertising and partner programs
• Optimizing activities based on testing and analysis of metrics
• Oversee development of various websites
• Testing and bug management
• Managing change requests
• Become involved in other projects as required
• Liaise with third parties and other team members
• Maintain a thorough understanding of online publishing terms and practices
Requirements:

• Experience in publishing, content development, especially online, would be highly regarded
• Strong marketing skills with a clear understanding of the consumers' perspective - We will provide ongoing training!
• Working knowledge of online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email, viral
• Understanding of fundamental design principles
• Have good organisational skills, ability to prioritise, plan, and implement
• With excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Detail and results oriented
• Have outstanding computer skills, especially on the Internet and using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Preferably able to type 50 wpm
• With proven management qualifications
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
