We are seeking a full time (40hrs/week) rockstar to join our small, high-performing customer service Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will work with Freshdesk, Amazon Seller Central, Instagram, Facebook, Trello, Slack, Google Docs, as well as take on other roles as you learn and Upgrade to see actual info this full-time position, you will learn, grow and be challenged. Requirements:

- At least 12 months work experience as CSR

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central a plus
- Experience with Shopify a plus

- Must have very good verbal and **EXCELLENT** written communication skills
- Must Be Willing and Eager To Learn
- Commit to us exclusively
- Honest and Reliable
- Must have a quiet and functional workspace at home (minimal power outages, no background noise)
- Must be patient with customers and work on delivering thoughtful service
- Must be willing to work anytime between 7pm - 10am Eastern Standard Time 5 days a week. Working one weekened day (and taking one weekday off) is ideal!
- Must be flexible to work during the weekends (see above)
- Bachelor's/College degree required
- Detail oriented
- Not afraid to ask questions to clarify issues
- Excellent work ethic
- Resourceful and can research answers to questions
- Can coordinate with other team members

- To start and get familair with the brand and company. To fill in when required.
• Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant)
-Responding to reviews and monitoring reviews across markeplaces

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- We will determine your hourly pay rate based on your experience and skills. We will discuss it during the application process.
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week with flexible working hours, at least one weekend day required (but can take one weekday off)
- Will pay the first-month weekly and then monthly basis from the following month.
- First month will be a probationary period
- Every month employed by Dalstrong, you earn one personal day which you can use as sick days or vacation days (up to 12 days per year)

- Performance bonus to high achieving employees
