Hello,
We're a marketing company looking for some help with our bookkeeping. The position will be around 2 hours a week. Our books aren't too complicated and we don't have that many transactions. We just need some help getting organized. Over time the position will likely expand to include help with payroll and invoicing.
Duties will include:
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Review and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain accurate general ledger
Prepare monthly financial statements
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Candidate should have the following skills:
Great data entry skills
Good communication
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
Organizing records
Attention to detail
Knowledge of excel and Quickbooks
