MS Suite Template Designer Required (Word/Excel VBA) - for PDF End Product

We have a PDF product that is created in MS Word with Excel Embeds and 3rd party graphics embeds and it is taking too much time to create. We require a template that enables our users to add text and imagery but maintain the overall integrity of the document and cut down on production Upgrade to see actual infotomation! The template should lock down as much of the format as possible to avoid wasted time and errors.

We have many different PDF products for which we need to find a similar solution and we are looking for someone experienced at automating MS processes (VBA/ macros etc) merging data and imagery from several sources (mostly office suite) and can provide advice/solutions that we have not thought of!
