JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a VP of Lead Gen and Branding Expert who will help the company provide all services delivered to all customers and clients by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book Make Millions and Make Change, Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.



Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Develops and dynamically manages all social, web development, SEO, PPC, PR/marketing, resellers, content, webinars, newsletters, and blogs for the company;

Will develop its own team with leadership, and best practices to create and measure extensive evolving lead flow. With its goal of having a greater number of leads each day in each service area and a higher conversion rate each day;

Execute availability 24x7x365 for new leads discovery and further follow ups;

Has to identify effectively who the most appropriate clients are for the business;

Can do product demonstration to boost the buying prospect in the market;

Effective management of large number of leads to help build the sales pipeline;

Real time documentation in CRM system as to the results of the client findings with comprehensible and concise notes;

Actively participate in customer satisfaction surveys and research projects to have effective dealings to work with our prospect clients;

Support in Social Media initiatives.



QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent ENGLISH WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills;

Has extensive experience in lead generation at least 2 years online-based and internet marketing;

Has the initiative to come up with best practices and strategies on how to come up exceptional leads;

Has solid background in sales and internet marketing ;

A business management or marketing degree is a plus;

Has basic knowledge in SEO, Key Optimization, web development, and social media marketing;

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills.

Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers and clients, internally and externally;

Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

Meeting deadlines is strictly a requirement (ability to work with tight deadlines);
