Telemarketer Needed for US Real Estate Investment Company

Looking to hire a telemarketer preferably with knowledge and experience in sales, and lead generation in real estate. This position will be ongoing with possibility for a permanent position with the company and weekly or monthly bonuses based on performance. You will be doing outbound cold calling to prospective leads using an online dialer (Upgrade to see actual info) and data entry into my CRM system (Podio).

Requirements: Must...
Speak English fluently
Have proficient telemarketing or sales experience
Understand real estate investing or have experience
Be reliable and quick to learn
Be willing and able to work 30 hrs/week in the afternoon to evening, in Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone
Have access to working computer and internet during work times (and a plan B if it fails)
Have headset with microphone that plugs into computer
Have good interpersonal communication skills
