Hostly is a Chicago based start up, specializing in Airbnb Property Management.
As the founder of a small business or start up company there are many tasks need to be delegate to someone else to be able to grow the company. We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for managing a team of Virtual Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have:
- People management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision making skills
- Eagerness to learn and try out new ideas
- Ability to see the big picture, think strategically, and solve problems creatively
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Experience in operations and implementation
- Experience in project or change management
- Experience in using PM software like Asana or Trello
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection
Job Description:
- Managing internal and external deadlines and reviews
- Managing a team of Virtual Assistants
- Retain current staff and make sure they are happy and continue to work with our team
- Help organize team meetings
- Assigning and delegating work to the team
- Updating task status
- Ensuring all our staffs have completed their work
- Sending completed projects to management after reviewing
- Help with payroll of all Virtual admins to track hours
- Keep a daily log of all tasks done and when they were complete
- Defining the team’s priorities and supporting tactics
- Closely monitoring individual and overall circle performance and efficiency
- Team building and motivating VA's
- Making our company a good place to work
- Recruit team members on Job boards and job postings and help with interview process
