Ruby on Rails Developer

I have a short-term project that needs to be completed by mid October. I need a Ruby on Rails developer to help me, preferably at a high level. This project consists of rewriting an existing PHP web site as RoR. Some parts are finished, and what's left is mainly pretty easy with some seriously complex parts mixed in for fun.

You should be willing to share previous work, preferably on github. My specific software environment:

Capistrano
Authlogic (for user authentication)
Carrierwave (for file storage)
Amazon AWS S3 (for big file storage)
Apache Solr (search)

If you claim to know all of those, I'll think you're lying. Be real about your skills. If you know RoR then the rest is easy. Anything else on this list that you know will simply make it easier to get started.
