Webdesigner : converting HTML themes. Must know HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

I need one or more Virtual Assistant(s) who can help me convert regular HTML templates/ designs into themes for my CMS. The process ir pretty straight forward, and I have a step by step video documentation ready.

You must know HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, some javascript and also have an eye for Upgrade to see actual info the beginning the focus will be to convert templates into themes, but after a while I want you to build new designs based on the existing designs, and also make your own designs.

You may also need to answer questions from my clients on "How to add more space in the top?" (add margin-top) , help them change simple layouts etc.

This will include creating new web designs, edit existing web designs, setting up full web sites (design and content, no installing), some photoshop, some javascript and may be other coding (small projects), writing in English and helping customers and may be some logo design and similar.

Who am I?
I love people, and have always treated my VAs very good. I am just, and I understand that you are a person and not a robot. I have had VAs and hired freelancers in the Philippines (2 persons full time over 1-2 years), and other countries. These have done different tasks than I now need done.

What do I expect from you?
I expect that you work the hours you say you work, and that you inform me if you need a day off and similar. I also expect that you deliver good quality web designs that fit the European taste (I can send you many links that will show you what I mean). I expect honesty and loyalty, and I treat you the same way. I would like you to tell me if you are unsure about a task, a design or anything else.

My main office time is 15-22 (3pm to 10pm) Luzon time. I would like us to have at least 3 hours overlapping. So if you can work some (not necessary all) hours between 14 and 22 Luzon time, that will be great. Just makes it so much faster to communicate.
