Wordpress/woocommerce developer redesign website and create app

Currently have a website Upgrade to see actual info I want to change the design, want it to be more easier or the customer to use and order. The website currently has 2 sections to order from which I think confuses the customer - create your own meals and the shop section of the Upgrade to see actual info backend of the Wordpress site I have no control of the create your own meals section as this has been coded in a set way(I think html or java) where I cannot manage this needs to change. With the design & functional changes I would like a app with my site if this is possible.

The current graphics are not good enough I want to use my own photography but want a graphics designer to really make it look high quality with the website. I need someone professional experience and is not just good at designing a website but to really ensure the customers journey when placing an order on the site is easy professional and quick.

1. Invoice plugin – does customer get email of purchase?
2. Sign up pop up banner – capturing customers details – sign upto offers and newsletters.
3. A simple way for me to take full control of website including add products any where on the site. Current site create your own meals does not allow this.
4. With the new design of the website we are looking to launch our new products which include veggie menu, health lifestyle package, kids meals, dips, maybe our pre workout powder and protein bars.
5. Customers from Ireland must be able to place orders online (current site does not except Ireland postcodes)
6. Nutritional values must be displayed on website for all products.
7. A new improved design and ordering system, with customers having the choice to book up to 1,2,3,4 weeks 2,3 months. Offer a premium delivery service. Currently you can choose your protein and carbs but cant choose vegetables, want to add vegetables as a drop down, What system would be in place in regards to the ordering system on the backend, as my chefs would need to see what to cook everyday. A breakdown of orders, please show Esterling current backend todays labels and order scheduling to understand. Would also consider changing current prices.
8. All images must look branded to Lions Nutrition, current website images are awful and have no design which blends with website.
9. Customers must be able to edit there shipping address/order / meals if they are purchasing more then one weeks worth of meals. Current site does not charge the correct shipping fee sometimes does not even charge customer.
10. What kind of promo code plug in would be on the back end as for example I use to promote buy 10 meals get 1 meal free buy 15 meals get 2 meals free buy 20 meals get 3 meals free. Or for example I want to give something for free if the customer spends over £100, get 5 breakfast meals FREE.

12. We get a lot of emails on bespoke nutritional plans so the customer has his meal plan and would like us to follow it exactly. Is this a good idea to do – to advertise – to have a page where they can send they pdf document of there own meal plan? Here are examples of what my competitors offer.





The above examples allow customer to add extra protein, carbs, and veg for there individual needs.

24. Raw meats would be a separate parcel/box to cooked items so our couriers would charge us per box. For example if customer orders 30 meals and 20kg raw breast. Would have to be sent separately and customer would have to get charge per parcel if ordered in the raw section and cooked
