JOB OVERVIEW

Growing Technology/Blockchain Company based in New York is looking to add a outsourced virtual assistant to our staff. This person will be responsible for the following:

Primary Duties:
Managing Emails (50+ per day)
Scheduling / Calendaring
CRM Management / Follow up
Drafting/writing new emails (excellent english/writing skills and vocabulary required)

Secondary/Possible Duties:
Ability to do Graphic Design and Flyer Creation (Photoshop)
Ability to create Presentations in both Powerpoint and Prezi
Must be in a quiet environment so you can take/make calls

The subject of your email or application must have your name then “ - EA Candidate”
Candidates must have a Gmail address so we can do a Google Hangouts Video Interview.
This job is during normal New York Business Hours (8:30am-5:30pm ET).
