Outbound / Appointment Setter

Looking for an Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter that speaks excellent English and has experience in scheduling appointments, or a strong sales background. The person chosen will learn how to talk to homeowners looking to sell their homes, learn how to determine the sellers motivation, and set up appointments for an investor to either further speak or meet with Upgrade to see actual info's that simple!

You will be working US daytime hours, Monday – Friday. We are looking for someone who loves to talk to people and is skilled at setting appointments! This is not a pushy sales job.

Each day, all work-related activities shall be reported, follow up calls will be made, and appointments will be set.


Duties & Responsibilities:
-Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to set appointments
-Maintains a list of leads and follows up with potential sellers
-Arrange meetings and sales calls with potential leads
-Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
-Specialize in outbound telemarketing or in sales for Real Estate Investors

Requirements:
-MUST HAVE a positive attitude
-Need to have Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Writing)
-Need to be reliable & consistently available to work
-Need to always be in a quiet noise-free environment
-Need to have a personal computer, a headset with microphone, and a reliable internet connection to be able to make calls.
-Need to know how to use google chrome, and other web based applications (very easy)
-Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects...
-Must be open to learning and open to constructive criticism (want you to succeed and be the best at what you do)
*Previous cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
