Our typical clients tend to be large E-Commerce sellers. We are looking for Amazing people who share our core values of hunger for knowledge, problem-solving, continuous development and problem-solving.

We already have several awesome team members based in the Philippines (some worked with us for 4 years + full time) and are looking to expand our Philippines team significantly as so far our Philippines based team members have been amazing.



Mission:

To support the Sourcing Team with day to day sourcing activities such as updating the CRM with latest information about shipments, projects, inspections, etc.



Job Responsibilities:

• Update our CRM system with latest information about products, shipments, etc.
• Re-checking prices of products with suppliers online to ensure they are the most competitive prices.
• Add new suppliers products to the catalog.
• Updating documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Help arrange air courier bookings with DHL, UPS, etc.
• Handle Amazon back-end processes.
• Help clean-up/format various documents properly.



Requirements/Competencies:

• Minimum 1yr experience of working virtually.
• Experience sourcing products on sites like Alibaba, Global-Sources or related experience related to international trade/Amazon would be a huge bonus.
• Good online research skills
• Good spoken and written English
• High degree of attention to detail
• Technology Orientation: We are a company that relies heavily on using “technology” to get things done
faster & better. Therefore, we are keen on hiring people who enjoy learning the use of new software &
technology and are able to pick-up new tools quickly.
