Xero Certified Accountant

Experienced Xero certified accountant who is able to set up xero TB for a Real Estate investment company from scratch for multiple companies in the group. Once Xero is set up correctly to ensure ongoing reconciliation to bank statements and production of monthly accounts and year end financial statements.

We are a Real Estate Investment Company and buy and rent out properties in London, UK. We use Xero for accounting for multiple companies under one Xero subscription. We also use Arthur Online for Property Management and this software integrates with Xero for invoicing of rental income and keeps track of all documentation etc. We need someone who is proficient at using Xero fully and understands its functionality and integration with Arthur Online (if possible). The job is to reconcile Xero and prepare monthly and annual accounts for the various companies. Also need someone to enter all the property related data into Arthur online to ensure it is kept up to date and monitor rent receipts and expiry of tenancies, safety certificates, insurances etc. Ability to analyze data using Excel is important.
