With a focus on Ecommerce you will work directly with the Davao based Marketing team to provide VA and operations support as the company grows in the UK & Australasia marketplace. The successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and capable of completing projects on time and can communicate well.

Looking for a long-term staff member and training will be given.

The following items will be part of their responsibility:

1. Pull reports out of Google Analytics, so a good understanding of Google Analytics for Ecommerce is needed.
2. Generating reports using Excel
3. Filling out email campaign reports, such as clicks, orders and revenue.
4. Google Adwords administration and uploading of new banners and creative to clients’ accounts
5. Remembering Staff birthdays so a gift can be arranged.
6. Google Analytics Admin and setup such as filtering IP addresses etc.
7. Importing emails and picking winners from online competitions
8. Refreshing monthly social media competitions.
9. Making sure key activities happen each month.

Must Have:

- Great Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Google Adwords
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Fluent Speaking to Speak with Manager on Phone via Skype or Upgrade to see actual info

Working Hours:
• 8 am till 4 pm (Philippines time) ; 5 Days Per Week
or once trained
• 11 am till 7 pm (Philippines time) ; 5 Days Per Week
