We are a world renowned company specialising in a niche cosmetic procedure for our high end clients.
We are looking for a hard working, focused individual to fill a position in customer service and General virtual assistant. This is a long term position, we are looking for someone who will grow with our ever expanding company.
Our services can be a sensitive subject for some of our clients therefore we require passionate, understanding, polite applicants.
Applicants will be required to go through a interview process, due to the nature of our business we must find the right individual.

Your role in customer services will include:
-Replying to customers
-Follow up
-Telephone call answering and outbound calls to customers
-Replying to customers on our website live chat
-replying to customers social media messages and comments
-Booking clients appointments
General VA duties include:
-Updating practitioners calendar with bookings
-social media posting / moderation
-sourcing of items and ordering
-personal bookings
-research
-creating and filing documents / databases
-multitasking
-dealing with contractors
-data entry
-excel spreadsheets
-Transcription
-Contribution to relevant forums
-other general duties / flexible
-newsletters (mailchimp)
-Blogging experience is a bonus.
-WordPress experience is a bonus.

You will be talking to our clients and so it is important that I can hear your voice and how clear your communication line is.
Also please send over your up to date CV and references from previous employers.
Live video interview chat will be required as we will be talking by live video during your time working with us. Unfortunately, applicants unwilling to live chat will not be considered.
Full training will be given on our services and systems and starting on smaller tasks building up to other tasks.
Daily reports / check ins with myself will be required listing completed tasks etc.
Applicants must have 2+ years experience in customer service and VA duties.
Once hired you will be required to work for our company alone and not to be working elsewhere.
Payment per week for the first two months then every 2 weeks once a trustworthy relationship has been built.
1 months trial period to start OR part time employment trial period depending on experience.
Fluent English speaking is an absolute must.
