JOB OVERVIEW

As a social media manager, you'll need to:

1. Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase our brand awareness and increase engagement
2. Manage and create all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram
3. Plan content and delivery and use tools like Hootsuite and Asana to manage multiple social media channels
4. Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
write engaging blog posts and articles
5. Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
6. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
7. Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
8. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads, sales and supports
9. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers
10. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
11. Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls. And know how to find influencers


Must Have:

Amazon experience

Email

ManyChat or other Chatbot experience
Able to edit basic html
