Job Description & Compensation Offer for
Business Development Associate (BDA) – Real Estate Industry

1. About Castillos Group
The Castillos Group is a real estate company that runs within the Keller Williams Tampa Central in Florida, United States. We are a premier family-focused service provider, helping people buy and sell residential homes.

2. About the Position
The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for handling outbound sales leads and converting them into appointments. BDA will be responsible for providing Computer, Internet Service, noise-canceling headset, and reliable phone source. Position includes contacting leads via telephone using our proven and effective scripts. Our preferred calling hours are:
8 am to 12 pm EST, Monday – Saturday
4:00 pm to 8:30 pm EST, Monday - Saturday
12 pm to 8 pm EST, Sunday

3. Main Responsibilities for this position include:
· Script Practice Daily with team members
· Lead generate residential home sales by setting appointments
· Set up and maintain the RedX and Vortex dialer online lead management software system
· Contacting Expireds, FSBOs, Potential Short Sale clients, Geographical Farms, Past Clients, etc.
· Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all leads
· Set up leads on a drip email campaign using Contactually online contact manager
· Work directly with Castillos Group real estate agents to ensure that once leads are contacted, they are successfully captured and tracked

5. Knowledge, Skills, Experience needed and Attributes desired:

· Excellent phone skills
· Clear spoken English language (C2 Advanced/Mastery or better)
· Required experience setting appointments for real estate industry
· Proficient computer skills

6. Proficient skills in the following are highly desired, but not required:

· Google Drive and G Suite (Formally Google App)
· DotLoop (Document Management)
· Google Voice

7. Goal/Expectation
Generate a minimum of 15 listing appointments per month.

8. Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor position and an hourly wage. We also pay a bonus of $50 per listing closed from your appointment set (earned once we have closed on the sale of home).

9. Employment Term
We will begin with aUpgrade to see actual infoday initial evaluation term. At the end of each 30 days, we will mutually evaluate each other and decide if we can continue.
