My company Genius Shield, Bulletproof Product Development for Genius Makers, helps shield and de-risk startups so they have a better chance for successfully launching their brilliant medical ideas, with special attention to tech that benefits women and underserved markets.

I am looking for a full time Genius General Virtual Assistant. I am looking for a person who has integrity and is reliable, proactive, adaptable, and resourceful. If this is you, please join me! The person’s fit is much more important to me than the skill-fit. I also place great value on people’s freedom, so I do not need to know how you manage your time as long as you deliver results and meet Upgrade to see actual infopensation will begin at $230 per month with flexibility to quickly increase based on demonstrated work results.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge:

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Plan (not a must) and its Mac Application Equivalents (Pages, Keynote, Number); scheduling appointments/updating calendars. Mac Applications is not a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
Highly organized multitasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
Demonstrates excellent time management and attention to detail
Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Filtering Emails / Managing Spam
Database Building / Updating Contacts
Calendar Management
Appointment Scheduling
Travel Arrangement and Planning
Sending of Greetings eCards, Event Invitations, etc.

File Storage & Organization
Dropbox / Google Drive Organization
Data Entry in Word, or Google Docs
Creating / Managing Spreadsheets
Help prepare Powerpoint / keynote Presentations
PDF Conversion, Splitting and Merging

Administrative
Transcription of Audio Files
Preparing Online Meeting Minutes
Report Creation
Forms Creation
Document Template Creation
Online Research
Data Mining & Development / Lead Generation
Sending Client Invoices
Basic Bookkeeping
Personal Errands (Purchasing Gifts Online, etc.)
Preparation of Training Materials
Deadline / Deliverables Tracking
Manage LinkedIn Account / Profile
Answer inquiries and Messages on All Channel & Profiles
