Role:
- Create, publish and make recommendations to editorial calendar
- Write copy in real-time within social media environments that engages users.
- Curate, Review, Render and post graphic and video content for distribution
- Set the tone for the community and drive the creation of the brands social voice that will result in effective and compelling communication
- Comment, Like, Follow, Share content when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience on pages and profiles on various platforms
- Managing client requests and input it into project management software
- Urgency in followup and communication across teams coordinate planning/client teams, ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives
- Moderate User Generated Content that appears and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams.
- Cross promote content between pages
- Proactively engage with Community VIPs and influencers
- Utilize social listening tools to generate insights and monitor various pages and groups for opportunities
- Summarize insights and conversations to interpret actionable edits on client-facing reports that lead to optimization
- Manage client's internal team to get them excited about posting content
- Proofread and edit materials, including responses as necessary with proper grammar
- Learn and implement copyright laws such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, and material construction
- Responsibilities may change and evolve depending on business needs.

Experience:
1-2 years experience on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter handling editorial calendars
1-2 years of Copywriting experience
Able to connect people and stimulate discussion
Able to set the tone for the community
Able to respond to posts or comments within set guidelines
Using project management tools such as GetFlow, Planable, Toggl, Google Sheets, etc.

Availability:
- This job can be done remotely, but it is necessary for the freelancer to be available and present to respond to posts and comments as they happen which includes weekends and evening hours. **It is important to note that this level of availability is a mandatory function of the job**
