Fix my wordpress website

I have an website but there are things I would like changed.
• The navigation bar at the top of the page is too long. If someone opens it on a computer with a small screen, the mobile version rather than the desktop version opens.
• The designer created 4 template pages for me but I don’t like them and would like then changed or a couple of new pages created to replace the existing Upgrade to see actual info particular, what I don’t like is the following:

• The navigation is too awkward and takes too many steps – the pages have accordion navigation
• They don’t seem to work with the Yoast SEO plug-in. The Yoast box appears under the photo box on the top of the page and not under the box with the text further down the page. Yoast is saying my word content is ‘0’.
• Some of the graphic design elements are not very attractive.

I would like someone very experienced in wordpress, web design, coding, graphic design, and site speed optimization. Please don’t respond if you are not an expert at this.

I have had an estimate of the time this would take from a couple of web design companies here in Sydney; but please give me your estimate of how long you think this work would take to complete.

Please quote a fee for the work based on the time you think it will take.

I plan to have another website made, so there may be more work after my current site is fixed.
