Urgent! Amazon Customer Service - 30k/Month

Looking for someone that has experienced in amazon field business as a customer service representative.

Your mainly jobs are:

- Process refunds/returns
- Responding email inquiry for our customers
- Calling our customer for the follow up's and questions about the order
- Know's how the tracking system in US works (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Freight Company)
- Process orders
- Shipments Confirmation
- Removing Negative Feedback
- Most importantly know how seller metrics works
