We are new Real Estate Investment Company and buy and rent out properties in London, UK. We use Xero for multiple companies under one Xero subscription. We also use Arthur Online for Property Management and this software integrates with Xero for invoicing of rental income and keeps track of all documentation etc. We need someone who is proficient at using Xero fully and understands its functionality and integration with Arthur (if possible). The job is to reconcile Xero and prepare monthly and annual accounts for the various companies. Also need someone to enter all the property related data into Xero to ensure its kept up to date and monitor rent receipts and expiry of tenancies, safety certificates, insurances etc. Given that after the initial set up the book keeping should not be a full time role, I need someone who can also act as a VA and includes other duties such as analysis of data using Excel and helping with web design and
