Amazon customer service (have experience )

We are looking for a VA who can take care of Amazon customer service.

You should have at least 1 year experience in most of the following:

1. Answering Amazon customer questions via seller central
2. Responding to customer reviews
3. Turning seller feedback into reviews
4. Managing email automation software (feedback genius or similar)
5. Experience answering non-amazon support emails
6. Edit/update amazon listings (pictures, titles, bullets, back end)

You should have at least some understanding of how to:
7. Find an order id based on a person's name
8. Match a review to an order id
9. Talk with seller support on fixing problems
10. Fix quality alerts
11. Would be great if you can also run some advertising on social medias
12. Please let us if you have any other relevant qualifications
