Low pressure phone representative

We are looking for 2 ladies to work full time 40 hours a week that can set appointments for our sales team. Available shits are between the hours of 6am to 5pm PST. You must be able to commit to a shift within that timeframe. We will provide scripts, guidelines and training, but you must be able to think quickly. We are looking for motivated and intelligent phone representatives. Person will make calls and send emails from home to potential customers in the USA. Knowing Microsoft Word is a plus. Any lead generating experience would be helpful.
The ideal candidate is a 'go-getter' that is sharp and can make quick decisions, with good computer skills (Skype, Gmail, etc.) great phone presence and a pleasant voice. VoIP will be provided
We are looking for someone with a high-level of energy, hardworking, resourceful, confident individuals with dynamic and vibrant personality, who pay attention to details and a strong drive to work. Compensation for the position is:
Starting monthly pay:$250
Monthly bonuses and monthly commission

* Must be an excellent communicator and Speak & write fluent English with an American or neutral accent
* Able to follow a script and respond to objections
* Absolutely reliable broadband for skype communication--reps without broadband or those waiting for their provider are not eligible
* Aptitude for CRM
* Experience in written email communications
* Aptitude for COLD calling
* Previous experience working as an Inside Sales Representative or Appointment Setter is a plus
* Quiet background
*Should be able to understand American
*Should be able and willing to be trained
