You will be trained to handle all communication with our customers through several channels - Amazon, Gmail,
Additionally, you will update several reports with business and customer metrics daily.
On a weekly basis, you will curate content for our social media channels that’s inline with each brand’s philosophy. You will search for influencers in our specific product and brand niches, and occasionally solicit partnerships with them.
On a daily and weekly basis, you will also be creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to document tasks and processes with precision and update the SOPs as needed.
Additional monthly and weekly projects will be assigned to you as needed and based on your skill-set and aptitude, and business needs.
Training will be provided by the Marketing Director & the CEO. You will be working remotely full time from your home with our virtual team. You must have strong reliable internet and a relatively new laptop or home computer.
