Photoshop to Wordpress

We have a custom wordpress site that we have built using the Xtheme wordpress theme /framework. We've built out 75% of the site and the previous developer has taken a full time job and cannot complete the task. There are 5-6 more pages we need built out. A few of those pages will involve adding a few sliders. We need a developer who is also keen on design as this is a pixel perfect project that needs a strong eye for detail. The current sandbox domain is - Upgrade to see actual info . We have a drop box file with the layered .psd files that we will share with the developer we hire. We are also in need of a full-time developer proficient In Wordpress Customizations, eCommerce Integration, custom HTML, PHP, PPC, Analytics, Contact Forms, and more. We have 30-40 clients projects that range from in-development to ongoing maintenance, PPC, SEO etc. We need an individual or team who can work efficiently and manage a myriad of tasks at the same time. Attention to design and details are also very important. The first project will be an interview process to potentially hire as full time.
