Customer Service Representative Needed - Full Time Graveyard shift - Good Pay & Bonuses

We are looking for several hard working people that can function as customer support for a U.S. based Service company.

Duties:
The duties would include handling email, providing customer support for our customers via phone/chat and with our vendors using phone/chat/text, Adjusting spreadsheets, communicating with other employees that work for us, working along side existing staff on projects and other odds and Upgrade to see actual info short, general office and support Upgrade to see actual infomunication:
All of our daily communication is through "slack App" for phone and PC . We can chat, share videos, pictures etc.

Training:
We provide paid training to get you up to speed on how we do things

Simply put, the best skill you could have is the ability to follow instructions completely and thoroughly. We are only wanting the best people that will work hard and care about what they do.

Requirements:
Must be addicted to coffee :-)
Must be fluent in English in written form and be comfortable chatting with other workers, vendors and customers.
Must be comfortable speaking to customers/vendors on the phone
Must be able to work full time 7AM to 5PM C.S.T. Monday - Friday and or Tuesday - Saturday
Must not have another job or do side work on Upwork or any other site.
Must be familiar with Microsoft word/excel or google docs/sheets.
Must be comfortable asking question and asking for help (we want you to succeed)
Must have a good computer and VERY reliable internet and be able to work from home without interruption.

Payment Terms:
Pay starts at $75.00 per week and will go up from there. We will provide a review after 90 days with salary increase. We every other week on Wednesday via paypal. We provide 13 month bonus at the end of the year and generous bonuses throughout the year. We also provide paid vacation after working with us for one year.
