JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is looking for an exceptional person to work as a Customer Service/Admin/Marketing assistant to assist us with our sales channels at Amazon, Ebay and our own websites.

The right person will be an excellent task master, not afraid of hard work, efficient and diligent with an excellent command of English and will have the ability to provide support in other languages too.

Other languages (Spanish, French, German and Italian) will be an advantage, but we are also interested in candidates with excellent English who can adapt to doing customer service in other languages, without necessarily speaking them.

Your role will comprice, but not just be limited only to:

Customer Service: You will be required to reply and proactively solve queries from our customers via Xsellco.


Order status: Equally, you will be required to contact our warehouses when issues with orders arise and to keep track of problems, so our customers are always keep up to date with developments.


Review Monitoring: Many of our products and channels receive feedback. You will be required to monitor this and proactively try and find ways to either remove negative feedback or to minimise the damage they can do. You will be trained on how to do this.


Produce Invoices: You will be required to produce invoices on a daily basis for some of our clients.

Marketing: You will be required to look through product offerings and compile lists of selected products.


Product Listings: You will need to produce information for our products to be listed in Amazon/Ebay and to arrange for translations in different languages with a team of translators already in place.
