Will be the overall in-charge of all HR issues, will be the second to final screening of applicants, will attend to legal disputes between employees, will issue memos, suspensions, and termination letters, will coordinate directly with our legal counsel, will make sure that all company rules are in tune with government standards and mandates, will make sure that all memos or given rules are not in conflict with one another, will oversee the on-going development of our own Human Resources Management software.
