JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an awesome problem solver in the Philippines, but with a global Upgrade to see actual infoesh graduates are welcome to apply. We are an Australian company creating innovative cloud solutions for call centers and sales organizations and you will be a key part in supporting our international operations. You will report directly to senior management and you are an effective communicator - both in terms of translating ideas into tasks and in working in a cross functional team.

You should be ideally be based in Metro Manila. Our team consists of other members in different locations and you are flexible to adapt to different collaboration techniques, including regular meetups in Makati. You will be working from home, and will need a good internet connection to stay connected to the rest of our international team. The immediate need is for a role to work nightshifts to assist our clients in Europe and US.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting our Finance Manager with matters relating to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Tax Preparations etc.
- Assist our clients with Customer Support Queries
- General Administrative work

Candidate Must Have
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
- A strong ability to work as a team player
- Skills to be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, with a "can do" approach and hit the ground running
- Focus on delivery, with a passion for quality and innovation
- Interest in contributing to ongoing organizational improvements

Required Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar

Preferred Skills (nice bonus of you can tick any of these off as well)
- Experience from/with BPO industry
- Experience with working from home
