Looking for a Bookkeeper / Accountant for our small business. The ideal candidate would have the experience to take a small business from an unorganized financial position to an organized up to date position from which good business decisions could be made.
Tasks would include;
1) Setting up chart of accounts
2) Bookkeeping (keeping track of all accounting transactions, properly categorizing and recording)
3) Create and send invoices to customers
4) Bill and process payments to suppliers, contractors, and affiliates
5) Reconcile bank, credit cards, and other accounts
6) Generate Balance Sheet, Income Statements and other necessary reports including their supporting documents.
