JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce company in search of a long term employee who can grow with our company. We are looking for a detail oriented team member who can think creatively, compile data in excel, and conduct in depth research.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our business.

Manages the end-to-end process of product cycles
High level of excel, business accounting and management of staff
Manage the sourcing team and maintenance of accurate, approved, and up-to-date product content, which includes: product specifications, imagery, copy, pricing and rich marketing content.
Able to think on their own without much guidance but still following our philosophy and SOPs
Review monthly financial performance and determine contributing factors. Offer solutions for detrimental sales or cost trends. Prepare product forecasts to include revenue and expense expectations. Analyze sales trends over time and impact of competitive strategies.
Support forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans.
Amazon / Private label experience a plus but not needed

Need to have experience:
- Able to produce and or understand cash flow statements
High understanding of financial health of company
Understanding on how to build out processes, scale and automate.
5+ years previous experience in BPO or similar
5+ years of relevant experience with day to day financials and operations of an organization
Experience managing 5+ team members
Bachelor or Masters degree from accredited university
Able to multi-task and understand the bigger picture
Team play who is sincere and willing to learn and be part of the team
High proficiency in English and good internet connection

We are a rapidy growing company based out of NJ that sell mostly in the US but expanding to international markets as well. We are a small team of 6 but looking to add more exceptional employees who enjoy working with the best employees.
