Project Manager for Ongoing Web and Marketing Projects

I’m a consultant who helps my clients leverage their website and other marketing technologies to generate and convert more leads. I’m at the point where I have to many projects going on to manage things by myself, and I’d really love to get out of managing projects altogether.

My ideal scenario would look like this: I have a conversation with a client that gets recorded and we talk through everything they’re trying to achieve. I then have my VA transcribe the recording and hand it to you. You use it to put together an initial set of project requirements and begin scoping it out. If you need more information, you reach out to the client, the other freelancers on the project, or me to get what you need. Then, once the project starts you make sure it gets done on time and that everyone has what they need throughout the project, including sending regular updates to the client.

Here's what I'm looking for in a candidate:
- Excellent, proactive communicator
- Great at putting systems in place and staying on top of things
- Has no problem bugging me for things if I become a bottleneck
- Experience managing web design/development projects (or similar)
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients/customers
- Available during US business hours (preferably Eastern Time, for at least most of the day)
- Fun to work with

This will start out as a part time position with an aim toward growing into a full time role.

I have a loose project management workflow in place, but I'm definitely open to input on how to improve things. I also have an awesome VA on the team who can help with all the details. I'm looking for someone I can trust so I can pull myself out of most of the day-to-day stuff and focus more on growing my business.
